Rental Policies

🕓 Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: 10:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval and may incur fees.

📖 Guest Manual

  • Please scan the manual in your property upon arrival for full instructions and guidelines.

💰 Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may require for each booking.

  • Deductions may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, lost items, or rule violations.

💳 Payment

  • Full payment is required to all reservations.

❌ Cancellations

  • All reservations are no-refund cancellation policy.

👥 Occupancy

  • Maximum guest limits are enforced.

  • Additional guests beyond the limit will need to discuss with the property manager.

🧹 Property Care

  • Guests must keep the unit clean and report any issues within 5 hours of check-in.

  • Furniture must be returned to its original position.

  • No fireworks, hazardous materials, or illegal activities allowed.

🔇 Noise Policy

  • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

  • Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.

🛡️ Liability & Safety

  • Guests assume responsibility for their safety and belongings.

  • Management is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items.

🧾 Travel Insurance

  • Strongly recommended to protect against cancellations due to unforeseen events.
